What technology or platforms are required for your system?

How do you price your services?
You work directly with our Founder. No juniors or offshore hires. We charge a flat retainer for our services with no set-up fees or long term commitments. We are entirely profit centric and do not believe in retainers based on ad-spend or account size. Our goal is to always be an asset on the balance sheet rather than a liability.
What is the first step, and what is the commitment?
The first step is always the Profit Allocation Audit. This is a fixed-scope, high-value engagement where we install the initial dashboards and conduct the Four Margins Health Check to financially diagnose the exact bottlenecks in your business. This initial engagement illuminates your financial blind spots, proves the system's value, and serves as the definitive strategic roadmap for any subsequent fractional engagement. As for the commitment, I ask for a 90-day minimum engagement to allow for strategy and tactics to yield results - but our average client retention is 3+ years!
